Regarding the patents retained.....

Thank you for your inquiry. These patents are primarily associated with energy storage in the form of compressed air as well as turbine technologies. The patents are not associated with UPS technology. All UPS patents were sold to Piller. We have engaged a firm to help us identify the parties which may have interest in these technologies. There is nothing in the agreement limiting the parties we can sell the technology to.
